Chef Pablo of SPLIT Bakehouse competed on Hulu's Baker's Dozen that aired on Oct 7th, 2021. The hosts of the show were Tamara Mowery and Bill Yosses (Former White House Pastry Chef).
Chef Pablo made it to round 2/3 and in his last round he made a Chocolate Passion Fruit Cakesicle - Cake layers with passion fruit gel in between cream cheese mousse covered in chocolate hazelnut.
